What is Auto-Enrolment and who does it apply to?

Auto-Enrolment is also known as ‘The Workplace Pension’ and it applies to every employer in the UK, even if you have just one employee. Every employee (depending upon age and earnings) has to contribute into a pension scheme. Both employer and employee must contribute towards it. This is a very complex and time consuming process and it is required to be done by law. What bookkeeping software would you recommend to use?

We recommend Cashflow Manager to most of our clients, although it is far from a requirement. Cashflow Manager is a simple to use software and requires very little training before use unlike some other software that packages that are available. The software is ideal for all businesses, big or small, VAT registered or not. The software has a simple process that allows you to reconcile your bank on a monthly basis which will ensure you have confidence in your figures.
